Ursula is a dynamic and multifaceted professional whose career spans over three decades of leadership across healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, and business development.
With a strong foundation in nursing, including over thirty years of experience and four years specialising in cosmetic nursing, Ursula honed her skills in client care, management, and high-level sales, becoming Australia’s top-performing cosmetic sales representative and generating significant six-figure revenues.
Her entrepreneurial spirit has led to the successful launch and sale of a startup business, highlighting her versatility in business ownership, strategic management, and financial operations, including bookkeeping and compliance.
Currently advancing her academic journey, Ursula is completing a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, deepening her passion for teaching, training, and empowering others. Her decade of homeschooling experience and work as a preservice teacher further reflect her commitment to education, mentorship, and lifelong learning.
At Foundation Stone Investments, Ursula brings together her unique blend of experience to bridge the gap between innovation and education. She now leads FSI’s mission to make AI education and integration accessible for individuals and businesses, offering personalised consultation and curated learning pathways that empower others to succeed in an increasingly AI-driven world.

A devout born-again Christian, she is guided by a profound vision: to build self-sustaining villages in Africa and third-world countries, fostering discipleship, education, and micro-business development. Her faith, entrepreneurial acumen, and dedication to making a tangible, positive impact are the driving forces behind every venture she undertakes.

Duane Stone
Duane is a dynamic and compassionate professional whose career blends entrepreneurship, client advocacy, and faith-driven leadership.
With over five years of dedicated service in disability care as a Support Worker, and formal qualifications in Individual Support (Certificate III and IV), Duane has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to empowering individuals and supporting their unique journeys toward independence and growth.
His entrepreneurial spirit is evident in the founding of Stone Disability Services, a startup focused on delivering high-quality, person-centered support. Building on this success, Duane has expanded his vision through his role as Director of Foundation Stone Investments, where he now pioneers new opportunities in AI consultation, education, and technology integration.
Duane's current focus includes driving the strategic partnership with Elohim Technologies to promote Holli Ai Australia, an AI-driven solution designed to transform engagement and communication for businesses and organisations.
A lifelong learner, Duane also holds an Associate Degree in Theology, reflecting a profound spiritual foundation that continues to guide both his personal and professional pursuits.
Known for his loyalty, perseverance, and client-first mentality, Duane excels in building meaningful relationships, ensuring every individual and organisation he works with receives dedicated, personalized support.
